Envicool XRow 4.0 row-based cooling system has attracted the attention of many customers. Recently, it has been delivered in batches across China, and has received unanimous praise.

Double energy efficiency
XRow 4.0 is equipped with XFreeCooling high-efficiency inverter turbopowering heat pipe technology, matched with intelligent AI control, which can make adaptive adjustment according to changes in ambient working conditions, precisely take control of system pressure and temperature, achieving high efficiency and energy saving in transitional seasons.
The application of turbopowering heat pipe technology is compatible with the fluorine pump system, and has three operating modes: compressor mode, fluorine pump mode and turbopowering heat pipe high-efficiency mode. When the compressor mode is switched to the turbopowering heat pipe high-efficiency mode, it will not stop working. The temperature of the cold aisle will be stable, and the self-adaptive energy-saving operation will be performed throughout the year.
Dynamic temperature equalization
In the application process of traditional row-based cooling system, there is a large temperature difference in the vertical direction of the cold aisle, resulting in "ice and fire" in the cold aisle, which not only brings difficulties in operation and maintenance, but also wastes the cooling capacity of the engine room.
XRow 4.0 adopts partition management of fans and uses dynamic temperature equalization technology to reduce the temperature difference in the height direction of the rack, and the temperature difference in the air duct can be controlled within 1°C. Moreover, it can dynamically adjust the fan speed according to the different load requirements on the upper and lower sides of the channel, so as to realize the intelligent adjustment of the three-dimensional channel of cooling capacity output.
Precision humidity control
XRow 4.0 adopts the original dual electronic expansion valve technology, electric heating compensation is not needed to be turned on when dehumidifying. It saves more than 10% of air conditioner power consumption, realizing low-carbon dehumidification.
Energy efficiency is further improved by applying high-efficiency humidification technology. Common infrared humidification technology and electrode humidification technology on the market consume 1kW and 750W of power per 1kg of water humidified, while Envicool original smart wet film humidification technology consumes as little as 5W of power instead.
In addition, XRow 4.0 can achieve stable dehumidification under 8% load through intelligent control technology, realizing low-load energy-saving operation.
